Consultations

Every consultation I do is free, and I do not ask for deposits. While I no longer accept every tattoo, I’ll happily refer you to any of the wonderful artists in the area who I trust.

At the moment, my books are CLOSED, but please feel free to message me on the Tattoo Peas in a Pod Facebook page! We can still discuss your tattoo to see if it’s something I think I could do well.

Painting

Pet portrait watercolor painting commissions are always open, though depending on the time of year, there may be a waitlist. Here is some information on what you can expect if you’d like to commission one for yourself (or a friend!):

  • 11x15” single pet portrait on watercolor paper - $60

  • 11x15” double pet portrait on watercolor paper - $90

  • Acrylic single pet portrait on slab of sanded wood, sealed with epoxy - $150 (only single pet at this size)

  • 8x8 acrylic pet portraits on canvas - $100 (only single pet at this size)

  • 11x14 acrylic pet portraits on canvas - $160 (only single pet at this size)

  • 16x20 acrylic pet portraits on canvas - starting at $220 (plus $50 for each additional pet, up to 3)

  • 30x40 acrylic pet portraits on canvas - starting at $450 (plus $50 for each additional pet, up to 5)

  • A portion of the painting process can be recorded and sent as a time lapse video for an additional $10 (please note, sometimes the program crashes on me. If I’m unable to successfully record it, you will certainly be reimbursed for the $10.)

Unfortunately I cannot do more than two pets on a 16x20 canvas, or more than five pets on a 30x40 canvas; the detail gets lost and they just do not turn out well. To check out the pet portraits I’ve done in the past, click the button below:

Tattoos

My go-to art form! I love tattooing, and I’m super stoked that you believe I’m the one to bring your design to life for you. These are the types of tattoos that I really enjoy doing:

  • Artist choice (you give me a ‘theme’, and I draw up a tattoo that fits the theme, in whichever style I think would suit the design best)

  • Watercolor tattoos

  • Artsy, full-color realism

  • Trust tattoos (you fill out a questionnaire and I design a tattoo based off of your answers)

Pieces that fall into any of these categories will unabashedly receive the first available booking dates—because I LOVE doing them!

For the tattoos that I enjoy doing, there are also tattoos that I don’t think I’m particularly good at, and will automatically refer you to another artist. It’s nothing against you, or your design. I just want what’s best for you and your tattoo, and I know plenty of other artists who will do a way better job than I would! Here are the tattoos I will reference out to others:

  • Tribal (of any type. Polynesian, custom, etc)

  • Lettering. (I’m just not that great at it.)

  • Old school/traditional (I know several artists who knock this style out of the park!)

  • Gumball machine tattoos (that’s just what I call them. The littler pieces that are usually pretty cartoony, like something you might get for a temporary tattoo out of a gumball machine.)
